Steve Framil brings over 20 years of executive, operations, product, program, project and PMO expertise – managing teams in enterprise IT, finance, marketing, digital consultancy/agency, innovation start-ups, and non-profit performing arts. As an executive-level point of contact, Steve continues to successfully lead small to large complex initiatives (<$12M+) working with cross-functional collocated and distributed-offshore teams (<150+) in agile (Scrum Master, Kanban, LeSS), iterative, waterfall and lean startup methodologies – coordinating with Legal & Compliance, Risk Management & Information Security, Procurement & Back Office Administration. Steve’s portfolio includes Transamerica, First Data, Amerisourcebergen, McKesson, Celgene, Endo, Almac, Day & Zimmerman, L’Oreal, Comcast, Cooper Institute, Camerata Philadelphia, and the Port City Music Festival.
Distinguished as the first American solo cellist to perform in Hanoi since the Vietnam War, Stephen Framil has performed as concert soloist, chamber musician and orchestra conductor the world over – including in Carnegie Weill, Avery-Fisher, Verizon and Hong Kong City Halls, National Gallery of Art (DC), with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra (Hungary), Latvian Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra (Italy tour), Viet Nam National Symphony Orchestra, Manila Philharmonic Orchestra (Philippines), and Nashville Chamber Orchestra (TN), among others. Dr. Framil has taught at the University of Delaware, Towson University (MD), Andrews University (MI), among others. Currently as Founder & Music Director/Conductor of Camerata Philadelphia and the Port City Music Festival, Stephen Framil is the Director of Orchestra, Chamber Music & Strings at Eastern University (PA).
