Rosa Lee Timm is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and performance artist dedicated to advancing accessibility and inclusion. With a bachelor’s in Social Work from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Oregon University, Rosa’s academic background enriches her unique perspective.
As Division President at the CSD Social Venture Fund, Rosa Lee is among the few BIPOC Deaf women in an executive leadership role. She drives initiatives to support Deaf entrepreneurs with capital and resources, mentors partners, and aligns with CSD’s mission.
Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer at CSD, Rosa Lee managed public relations, communications, and marketing. She has also contributed to educational institutions like Ohlone College and the California School for the Deaf in Fremont.
An accomplished performance artist, Rosa Lee is renowned for her ASL music videos and as Creative Director and performer on “The Rosa Lee Show.” Her entrepreneurial achievements include founding a magazine and a Deaf music camp.
Rosa Lee’s dedication to fostering inclusive environments and inspiring others fuels her ongoing efforts in leadership and creativity.
