As a Director for T-Mobile Accessibility (32 Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) states plus US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), her primary responsibilities are overseeing T-Mobile Accessibility to ensure State and FCC compliance for TRS, iTRS and other accessibility service offerings.  Most importantly, Jacque has a passion for connecting people, digital equity, and accessibility where people live, work and play.
