Dr. Tina Childress is an audiologist and advocate, drawing from her unique perspective as a late-deafened adult with cochlear implants. Her dedication lies in promoting accessibility for individuals who Deaf/Hard of Hearing/DeafBlind/DeafDisabledacross different environments through education, collaboration, and advocacy. During the day, Dr. Childress works as a pediatric audiologist and trainer in various school settings. Beyond her professional duties, she assumes additional roles as a mentor to adults and children, subject matter expert, technical consultant, adjunct lecturer, active Executive Board/Committee member and professional speaker.
